Submit a copy of your completed Doctoral Scholarship Application and supporting materials to: The Phi Alpha Theta Scholarship of $1,000.Applicant must be a verified member of Phi Alpha Theta and will be considered for one of the following three awards: in History or Library Science-Archives and who have passed general examinations by February 15, 2023. Phi Alpha Theta is pleased to announce the continuation of its annual Doctoral Scholarship program for advanced study by graduate student members who are pursuing a Ph.D. Applicant must be a verified member of Phi Alpha Theta at the time of application. Incomplete applications or those submitted after the deadline will not be considered for the competition. It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that all required documentation is received by the competition deadline. Previous scholarship winners are not eligible. To be eligible, members must be entering graduate school for the first time in fall 2023 and must be pursuing a Master’s degree in History or Library Science-Archives. Phi Alpha Theta encourages student members to apply for one of three (3) graduate scholarships (applicants will be considered for all three).
